Due to its great engineering experience and highly trained personnel, USA TECHNOLOGIES DE MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. He was invited to participate in this project. Derived from the studies, the repair engineering was carried out by the equipment licensor (Foster-Wheeler) and the details of how the project would be carried out according to the client's needs (PEMEX) were made, using the strict attachment to engineering approved by the supervision as well as respecting the ASME codes.
The repair of the skirts of the coking plants was a very large project that required skilled labor, specialized engineering, materials of the highest quality, use of new technologies, an effective development according to the estimated times and the satisfaction of the client. end of the work to consider us the best alternative for future repairs.

Continuing with the process of prefabrication of modules of the walls and ceiling of the heater 2-H-01 of the convection and radiation zone according to the basic and detailed engineering in our workshops. At the end of the mechanical prefabrication of the wall and ceiling modules of the heater and once the quality requirements were met, the sandblast, paint and refractory concrete applications were carried out.
